Data entering the system
When you use the contact form, the name, email and message you enter are sent for review. Hosting and security systems may log an IP address, device and browser details, access time, requested pages and signals used to spot spam or attacks.
Why it is processed
Message data is used to reply to questions, collaboration ideas and other contact. Technical data keeps pages available, protects the service and helps diagnose errors. The main legal basis is legitimate interests in running a secure site and communicating with visitors, plus legal obligations where relevant.
Service providers and locations
Hosting, security and message-delivery suppliers may process the minimum data needed to run their services. Information may be provided to authorities when the law requires it. International processing, if used by a supplier, should be protected by recognised legal safeguards.
Save duration
Messages remain only while useful for the exchange, administration or a legal requirement. Technical records follow the provider’s security and operational retention periods, after which they are removed or anonymised.
Cookies and outbound portals
This website does not intentionally deploy advertising cookies. Essential technology may be used for security and reliable delivery. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X and other destinations run their own platforms and privacy rules once you follow a link.
Your controls
UK data protection law may let you access, correct, erase or restrict your data, object to processing or request portability. Use the contact channel to make a request. You can also report a concern to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
